Flow. ENTER → Session Sign-In (each trainee enters name, title, location) → Continue → choose who is using the station. Trainees follow their own workflow; trainers administer everything.
Trainer Mode. Requires PIN 6122. Reach it from the mode-select card or via “Trainer Access” on the sign-in screen (no sign-ins needed). Trainer Mode auto-locks after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Workflow. Trainer marks Classroom, then runs the Training Script (Attachment B) — completing every step unlocks hands-on sign-off. Script Coaching (Attachment C) records Yes/No verifications and both signatures.
Quiz & certificates. Trainees take the official 20-question quiz (pass ≥ 75%). Grades report to the trainer instantly. On a pass, the trainee signs and the certificate is generated automatically with grade, signature, name, title, location, software version, and revision.
Printing. Print completed Attachment B/C forms from their views, print/email certificates from the modal, or print a full Training Packet (forms + quiz review + certificate) per participant from the session detail.
Data. Everything saves on this device automatically. Records → Data & Backup for CSV export, JSON backup/restore, and reset.
Display. Aa cycles text size 100/115/130%; the sun/moon toggles light mode. Both work everywhere.
